When undertaking an alarm takeover, our engineers will visit your property and review the effectiveness of the current system, and where applicable give our recommendations for improvement.

The majority of takeovers will simply require a full maintenance of the system; change of key-holders, and possible battery changes.

Once the system meets our required standard, and we have your approval we will complete the take over and you can begin to enjoy the benefits of being a Securitatem Installations customer.

All works undertaken will be compliant with BS8892;2014 (Code of Practice; Transition management of facilities related services).
