We are looking for enthusiastic Office Administrator with excellent IT and customer care skills to support our management team.

The ideal candidate will need to be highly motivated, proactive and with excellent communication skills, both verbal & written. Have high levels of attention to detail, a good use of initiative, and be able to work flexibly and prioritise workloads to meet specific deadlines. A working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools and programmes, including Installer Pro and Microsoft Office – Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, specifically is required.

The successful candidate will assist the daily office procedures and will act as the point of contact for all clients and employees, providing administrative support and managing client and employee queries. Manage office supplies, stock, and follow up on orders, as well as maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
